  7. We oppose Federal Court intervention in State internal matters including schools and support neighborhood and/or home schools. We oppose the taxation of churches or private schools.
  8. We support a strong military mostly composed of State National Guard Units with a policy of armed neutrality and an end to most of our international treaties including NAFTA, NATO, SEATO, WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION (WTO), GATT and the UNITED NATIONS. We insist upon sharp curtailment of immigration.
  9. We favor honest voting with a return to the old more reliable paper ballot being tallied by hand and verified by precinct and higher citizen's committees open to public viewing.

We propose a Cultural Heritage exception providing allowances for the precedence of exhibitions of customs, symbols and/or displays reflecting the cultural heritage of a people and their heroes who have been predominant founders of their States.
  12. We demand INDEPENDENCE and FREEDOM for the Southern People of all races by political and/or all honorable means for the RESTORATION and LIBERATION of the CONFEDERATE STATES OF AMERICA and the Constitution by which it stands.
